رُّبَمَا يَوَدُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوۡ كَانُواْ مُسۡلِمِينَ ٢
Rubamā Yawaddu Al-Ladhīna Kafarū Law Kānū Muslimīna

Perhaps those who disbelieve will wish that they had been Muslims.
